Is Hello Mood Legal?
Yes.
Hello Mood’s products contain THCa, which is a different cannabinoid from tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
The brand claims that THCa is non-psychoactive because THCA technically isn’t Delta-9 THC as reflected by its chemical structure, then it’s a legal hemp-derived cannabinoid that can be used, sold, and shipped throughout the United States.
Hello Mood’s website even states that state law differs from federal law on the legality of the products they sell, but interestingly California is not currently on the company’s banned states list.
We are not lawyers and we would recommend that consumers interested in Mood’s product speak with a lawyer in their state prior to purchase.

“I’ve been a Mood customer for over a year now. I see all these bad customers complaining about this company and I’m so confused. I’ve never ever experienced any of these issues that people are talking about. I’ve only had great service with them. Customer service was even sending me email updates when they were going through their change in delivery service. I love this company as well as their products.”
